New Employee at Kidz Care Trust
/in Current News, Newsletters/by oowebooadmin@NEW EMPLOYEE We welcome Lehlohonolo Motshabi as the newly appointed Community Developer. Lehlohonolo started his career at NICRO a few years ago where he established the very successful Safety Ambassador Program as a school crime prevention initiative. He has a vast knowledge in working with youth and the community. Up and above his group work programs at the Child and Youth Care Centre, teaching the boys valuable life skills, he will be responsible for rolling out/implementing Kidz Care Trust’s first early prevention program at schools. Together with the street worker and our external role players a school (or schools) and learners at risk of dropping out of school will be identified. The program will focus on empowerment and development of the learners and their support system to prevent them from ending up in the streets.
